The wall bed is designed to accommodate most standard full-size mattresses of your choice and does not require a box spring. The wall bed’s dual-mounting system attaches to both the wall and floor for easier assembly and maximum stability and durability. The minimum wall height required is 85.8" (217.8 cm). When open, the bed requires 86.8" (220.5 cm) of clearance from the wall. Maximum weight capacity is 1,000 lb (453.6 kg), including the mattress.
To prevent the risk of injury, the bed must be secured to the wall structure and floor by a professional or qualified person. Two people are required for assembly. Installation requires attachment to wood studs or masonry, removal of the baseboard and drilling into the floor. The necessary hardware is included.
Do not use for children or pets weighing less than 50 lb (22.7 kg).
